Brother Joe Baucum has served as Pastor for Sharpstown Baptist Church since July 2001.  He holds a B.A. in religion from Dallas Baptist University, a M.A. in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College, a Master of Divinity from Logsdon School of Theology, Hardin-Simmons University.  He has pastored various churches in Texas for the past twenty-one years. He is married to Cheryl, who is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology. They have three children--Laurin, Collier, and Emily.
