Membership to Sharpstown Baptist Church is open to any person who has made a personal decision to accept Jesus Christ as Savior, who has followed the Lord's command to be baptized by immersion, who has a like faith and practice as ours, and who desires to be an active part of the life of this church. We have three ways of accepting members into our congregation:

1. Profession: By making a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus and being baptized;

2. Letter: By a transferring of membership from another Baptist church;

3. Statement: By making a statement affirming that you have made and profession of faith in a church of like faith and practice and have been baptized by immersion.
